After 7 years of writing and editing, I am (hopefully) nearing the end of a long road to publishing my first book focused on Hospitality fueled by my 25 grateful years working on hospitality innovation, design, and operations with Hilton, Starbucks, Marriott, Panasonic, EDITION Hotels, Ford, MGM Entertainment, and so many more small and large organizations. I am hoping to enlist the help of 3-4 beta readers, specifically high-level Hospitality and Retail professionals who have at least a decade of training, mentoring, coaching, and/or managing hospitality or retail hourlies and building hospitality-centric cultures to provide critical feedback on the theories, strategies, tactics, and overall value and readability of the 200+ page manuscript.
There is also a section on Hospitality design I'd love to have 1-2 deeply-experienced Hospitality Design professionals give feedback on.
It has already been through multiple rounds of professional copyediting and developmental editing, has an ISBN, and is nearly pre-flighted for publication.
